Ryan gives a different view on how we all can fix the lack of communication that has been going on for years. On Police Pod Talk hear from Stacy, out of the Indianapolis area, as she describes what it was like growing up as a black female living in a wealthy white area and still being treated differently because of the color of her skin. Stacy explains as she moved into the work force, she still had to deal with subtle comments from white coworkers as they attempted to make her fit into their stereotypical beliefs of people of color. Listen as Stacy explains, as an educator, how she and her staff work to promote knowledge as power to overcome what people may perceive you to be.
