During this pandemic and time of being quarantined with your family there comes a point where we can all start to get on each others nerves. Before you know it things are said, words are exchanged and in some cases violence occurs with injuries and then someone is arrested. Cathy Maggart, the Domestic Violence Coordinator with the Allen County Prosecutor's Office, discusses the recent uptick in cases and arrests at this time.
