Ohio Police Chief bans tactical vest for Officers

Texas DA seeks to overturn 91 more cases tied to ex-cop

Monday on Police Pod Talk the Crew answers an email out of Houston, Texas about an Ex-Cop who has caused over 150 drug cases to be dismissed. And no, it's not a movie. On Abby's "What were you Thinking Man?" segment, hear what happens when a cop impersonator is pulled over by the real Police.

Tuesday June 16th on Police Pod Talk hear from College Basketball Coach Anthony in the Indianapolis area talk about his life as a young man growing up and following the unwritten rules to get by. Anthony will talk about being a mentor to his players and how he is helping them understand what is happening across the country and how  to deal with their feelings and questions before the season starts. Hear Anthony's opinion on how we all can work together to make something positive come out of something negative.  

Officer James tells his story about being on the front lines with other officers during the protest.

Monday on Police Pod Talk hear from Fort Wayne Police Officer James as he tells his story about being on the front lines with other officers during the protest in downtown. Officer James will talk about his feelings before, during and after the protest became unsafe and turned violent. Listen as Officer James gives his opinion on how everyone across the country can do just one thing to make things better. You don't want to miss this first-hand account of what it's like being out numbered by an angry group of protesters as they direct their emotions towards you.    

Scott's feelings from Indianapolis Indiana

Friday on Police Pod Talk hear from Scott in the Indianapolis area as he talks about the instructions he was given growing up as a young man of color to avoid problems with the police. Scott will talk about his feelings while he marched as a protester in Indianapolis along with what everyone should be doing to make life better no matter what color you are.   

Ryan's Story from Colorado

Hear on Police Pod Talk a conversation with Ryan from Colorado as he explains life growing up with a Black father and a Hispanic mother and the instructions he was given on how to survive as a man of color.  Ryan gives a different view on how we all can fix the lack of communication that has been going on for years.  Ryan will also give us a lesson on how to find the answers in the Bible and a history lesson on how the country was founded with words right out of the Constitution.

Stacy's Story

On Police Pod Talk hear from Stacy, out of the Indianapolis area, as she describes what it was like growing up as a black female living in a wealthy white area and still being treated differently because of the color of her skin.  Stacy explains as she moved into the work force, she still had to deal with subtle comments from white coworkers as they attempted to make her fit into their stereotypical beliefs of people of color. Listen as Stacy explains, as an educator, how she and her staff  work to promote knowledge as power to overcome what people may perceive you to be.

Chelsea's feelings from Indianapolis Indiana

Police Pod Talk is still taking phone calls from people who want to express their feelings about what is going on across the country and around the World.   Today you will hear from Chelsea Easter out of the Indianapolis area, as she explains her family history and gives reasons as to why people of color have responded with anger and destruction.  Chelsea also gives us a history lesson on Malcolm X and Martin Luther King along with sharing how she plans on helping young black high school students understand what exactly they are seeing.
