Stacy explains as she moved into the work force, she still had to deal with subtle comments from white coworkers as they attempted to make her fit into their stereotypical beliefs of people of color. Listen as Stacy explains, as an educator, how she and her staff work to promote knowledge as power to overcome what people may perceive you to be.
